1. Agreement to Terms

By installing, accessing, or using TrafficTap (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not install or use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the extension, including free and paid subscribers.

2. License Grant

TrafficTap grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the extension subject to these terms and for the purpose of displaying Google Analytics 4 insights on webpages.

You agree not to:

• Sublicense, transfer, or share your license with others
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the extension for commercial purposes without written consent
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TrafficTap only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Service.

Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data beyond GA4 API scope
• Accessing Google Analytics accounts without proper authorization
• Attempting to break security features or gain unauthorized access
• Engaging in illegal activity or violating any applicable law
• Impersonating or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation
• Using automated tools to extract data without authorization
• Accessing competitor analytics data through other means

4. Read-Only Access

TrafficTap provides read-only access to your Google Analytics 4 data. You understand and agree that:

• TrafficTap cannot modify, delete, or export your GA4 data
• All data access is through Google's official GA4 API
• You maintain full control and responsibility for your GA4 account and data
• You can revoke TrafficTap's access at any time through your Google account settings

5. Subscription & Payment Terms

Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method. You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime by contacting support or using the subscription management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused subscription time. However, if we discontinue a paid plan, we will provide a pro-rata refund for unused subscription time.

6. Intellectual Property

TrafficTap, including all content, features, functionality, design, compilation, and code, is owned by TrafficTap, its licensors, or other providers of such material. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or modify the extension or any part thereof without our express written permission.

You agree to indemnify and hold TrafficTap harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and costs arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

9. Suspension & Termination

TrafficTap reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service:

• For violation of these terms
• For prohibited or illegal use
• For non-payment of subscription fees
• For any reason upon 30 days written notice (for non-violation cases)

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We are not liable for any consequences of termination, including loss of data or access to your GA4 insights.

10. Third-Party Services

TrafficTap relies on third-party services including Google Analytics 4 API, Stripe, and Supabase. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service. TrafficTap is not responsible for any service interruptions, data loss, or issues caused by these third-party providers.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be exclusively brought in the state or federal courts located in the United States.

12. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation by contacting support@ocwebfirm.com.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of TrafficTap constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TrafficTap regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
